Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging training materials and end-to-end learning solutions. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, design content for e-learning and instructor-led delivery, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs, managing multiple projects, and ensuring content aligns with industry trends and instructional methodologies for virtual learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience applying adult learning practices to training needs assessments and content development for e-learning and virtual trainer-led delivery.
• Adult education diploma, certificate, or degree with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of engaging cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple internal learning projects of varying size and complexity.
• Consult with clients and SMEs to understand learning needs and define success measures.
• Assess and propose improvements to training programs.
• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions and materials including workbooks, presentations, and guides.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and validate content with stakeholders.
• Review and enhance learning services providers and vendors.
