Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences aligned with client objectives. You will develop objectives, outlines, scripts, and storyboards, and produce e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

You will collaborate with account teams, SMEs, and designers, apply adult learning principles, and present to clients. Proficiency in English (B2/C1) is essential, with opportunities to leverage AI tools for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related fields.
• Experience creating learning objectives, outlines, scripts and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop learning objectives and course outlines based on client requirements.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and engaging learning content.
• Build and publish e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with account teams, SMEs, and designers throughout project delivery.
• Participate in client discussions and present work when required.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining quality standards.
