Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our growing team. This role focuses on updating curricula, creating new training content, and aligning materials with industry standards to support our university program.

You will work closely with Training Managers, lead multiple projects, and ensure copyright compliance while delivering high-quality learning experiences for our international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training content creation, or learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and assessment methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content development tools such as Canva, HeyGen, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent project management, research, communication, and graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Managers to update the current course curriculum.
• Coordinate with the training managers in developing new course content.
• Keep up to date with industry standards.
• Research, write, design, and develop training courses using company-provided authoring tools.
• Coordinate with team leads to identify knowledge/procedural gaps in the curriculum.
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Ensure that training materials are based on facts, on par with industry standards, and do not violate copyright laws.
• Implement approved courses in the university program by uploading them to the Learning Management System.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Shadow classes to evaluate students' understanding of course materials.
