Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines is seeking a Specialist II Instructional Design to collaborate with partners and grow your learning management experience by supporting the business in its Commercial Excellence strategies.

This role involves coordinating with SMEs, developing content, updating curricula, creating materials for various courses, and contributing to storyboards and concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1 year of related experience in training administration or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with e-learning content development and learning management systems.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SMEs to develop learning content and assessments.
• Compile, arrange and update training materials and curricula.
• Develop course materials based on SME inputs to create quality coursework.
• Correct and update e-learning modules and escalate issues to developers as needed.
• Participate in storyboards, scripts, and propose concepts to stakeholders.
• Create content for multiple modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video).
