Job summary

Smartrade is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Institutional FX Support team in our global operations. The role focuses on servicing institutional clients across jurisdictions, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the FX trading desk and Institutional Sales to deliver best execution, while complying with regulatory requirements and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Experience in Institutional Support/Operations within FX is desired.
Strong operations and client-service track record.
Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to clients and resolve inquiries.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with institutional FX clients.
Collaborate with FX trading desk and Institutional Sales to ensure best execution.
Work well in a team to support diverse client types.
Understand regulatory requirements and onboarding of new clients.
