SmarTrade is seeking a well-spoken Learning Associate to drive client acquisition and manage accounts for a globally recognized client. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services.

Based in Makati, the candidate will handle end-to-end sales, promote products, nurture leads, and support clients with inquiries or technical issues while striving to achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end sales and maintain client relationships.
• Promote client's products and services.
• Create and enhance client pool.
• Follow up with leads to drive new business opportunities.
• Assist potential and existing clients with queries and/or technical issues.
• Convert potential leads into clients / accounts.
• Contribute to the team’s business performance by achieving KPIs.
• Recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive development ideas.
• Internship experience in key account/customer service.
• Enjoy interaction with people and passionate in client services.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to deliver exceptional results.
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in Makati Office
