Job summary

Smartrade is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Institutional FX Support team in our global operations. The role focuses on servicing institutional clients across jurisdictions, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the FX trading desk and Institutional Sales to deliver best execution, while complying with regulatory requirements and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Experience in Institutional Support/Operations within FX is desired.
• Strong operations and client-service track record.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to clients and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with institutional FX clients.
• Collaborate with FX trading desk and Institutional Sales to ensure best execution.
• Work well in a team to support diverse client types.
• Understand regulatory requirements and onboarding of new clients.

Job description

We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, precision, accountability, independence, initiative, hardworking and interested in joining our Institutional Support Team. The Institutional FX Support job will be part of the Global Support team, responsible for servicing multiple institutional clients across several jurisdictions.

Job Activities and Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring resolution for all issues.

• Maintaining, supporting, and developing long relationships with institutional FX clients.

• Work closely with FX trading desk & Institutional Sales Team to provide best execution to clients across a range of FX instruments.

• Work well within a team environment to foster growth across a range of client types.

• Prioritization and organization to manage the volume of clients.

• Good understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and all regulatory requirements for both company and individuals

• Candidate should have solid knowledge of our products, target markets, and a competitive landscape.

• Understanding the onboarding requirements for new clients across various regulations and fostering enduring relationships.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders across the various local offices

Competencies / Skills

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
• Institutional Support/Operations experience within margin FX or agency model
• Strong operations and support track record with a demonstrable ability to lease with clients and maintain business.
• Understanding of following systems: MT4/MT5
