Job summary

Outdesk. is seeking an Insolvency Specialist in the Philippines to support Partners across personal and corporate insolvency engagements.

You will assist with insolvency administration, financial investigations, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality administrative support. You will analyse financial information, prepare reports, liaise with creditors, and contribute to restructuring engagements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting, insolvency, or restructuring is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal English aligned with Australian standards.
• Ability to work independently and with Partners in a team.

Responsibilities

• File management: manage client files, prepare documentation, and maintain correspondence.
• Insolvency administration: assist with personal and corporate insolvency matters and lodgements.
• Stakeholder reporting: prepare reports and communications for creditors, clients, regulators.
• Financial investigation: analyse financial statements and records to support investigations.
• Asset realisation: assist with identifying and coordinating asset sales.
• Regulatory compliance: support investigations into duties and breaches of insolvency law.
• Engagement support: manage day-to-day insolvency engagements, receipts/payments, and entitlements.
• Data & record management: maintain accurate client information and complete documentation.
• Creditor liaison: communicate with creditors via phone/email and provide updates.
• Professional development: stay updated on Australian insolvency legislation and best practices.
