Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an Insolvency Analyst to work on investigations, financial analysis, ASIC reporting, and stakeholder communications within a hybrid setup (Ortigas/Pasay). You will handle day-one investigations, stocktakes, and statutory submissions, contributing to asset realization and creditor clarity.

The role requires 1–2 years in AU accounting or insolvency, a degree in business/commerce or law, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting) or Law with interest in insolvency.
• 1–2 years of experience as AU Accountant or AU Bookkeeper; hands-on training in ASIC compliance, lodgments and related Australian regulatory requirements will be provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare receipt authorities, payment authorities, day-one investigation letters, statutory forms, and letters of demand
• Conduct investigations for assigned insolvency engagements
• Support trade-on operations for businesses under administration
• Perform stocktakes of company goods and assets
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
• Prepare statutory reports for creditors and other stakeholders
• Draft correspondence and serve as the primary point of contact for creditors, employees, directors, and other stakeholders
• Support the realization of assets for companies and individuals
• Analyze company financial statements and financial positions
