Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Manila. You will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

You will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations across departments. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, IT, CS, business administration or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and provide data-based recommendations.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while continuously improving reporting processes.
