Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a data-driven analyst to bridge data and decision-making across lending and finance units in the Philippines. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and lead end-to-end data projects from acquisition to visualization.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to establish a single source of truth, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry exposure in Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit & Collections, Debt Management, Underwriting, or Financing Product Sales.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, statistics, data governance, and decision modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to understand the bigger picture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A mindset for data validation, accuracy, and reliability.
• The ability to turn business questions into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex data into meaningful business insights
• Build and improve dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Identify key performance drivers across the loan business
• Consolidate data from Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other business units
• Ensure data is accurate, reliable, clean, and timely
• Translate business problems into actionable data requirements
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end data projects—from acquisition and cleansing to analysis and visualization
• Help establish a sole source of truth for business data
• Turn insights into recommendations that drive continuous improvement
