We are looking for a confident, resilient, and customer-focused Sales Opener Specialist to join our team. The Sales Opener will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective and previous clients, handling calls and chats, gathering relevant information, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with our closing representatives to ensure a smooth client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for the closing representative.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Manage and respond to incoming chat conversations.
• Conduct scheduled calls to gather insurance information and qualify potential clients.
• Identify qualified opportunities and coordinate with closing representatives to schedule client engagements.
• Conduct follow-up calls as needed to maintain engagement and move prospects through the process.
• Make outbound calls to previous clients to reengage them with available services.
• Accurately document call details, client information, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate relevant information and updates clearly to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center and sales experience.
• Strong understanding of sales calling processes, including the roles and responsibilities of callers and closing representatives.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Clear and professional speaking voice.
• Ability to think quickly, respond appropriately, and navigate calls smoothly.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
