Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and find new cafe customers and help build the sales pipeline.
• Call prospects and existing customers to share products, spot opportunities and book follow-ups.
• Plan sales days, routes and meetings for the outside sales team.
• Record notes from visits in the CRM and schedule follow-up tasks.
• Follow up after visits to confirm pricing and samples and move customers forward.
• Assist new customers with onboarding, coordinating with Customer Service.
• Prepare accurate quotes and support sample requests.
• Handle sales inquiries by phone and email.
