Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team. You will manage client accounts, process orders, and coordinate petroleum product deliveries across the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Management) or related field.
• Experience in petroleum/oil and gas or distribution is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship in sales or admin will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor booked sales orders for petroleum products in SAP/ERP accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to schedule and confirm timely product delivery to client accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding pricing and delivery schedules.
• Maintain CRM records, generate sales quotations and support field sales with documents.
• Assist in accounts receivable coordination and follow up on payment terms.
