Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager to support the Service Department from a home-based setup in the Philippines. You will manage quotes for service contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, and seek opportunities to upsell and renewals.

Strong communication and CRM/ERP proficiency are essential. The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and collaboration with sales and service teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, inside sales, service coordination, or related field.
• Experience preparing quotes or estimates preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information (mechanical, electrical, or service-based industries preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote Development & Sales: Deliver pre-generated service quotes in a timely manner.
• Reconfirm that all necessary stakeholders/decision makers are viewing the quote to facilitate moving it along to close win.
• Communicate with customer to ensure they understand why it is important for them to accept the quote/scope of work and the potential downside for rejecting it.
• Follow up on open quotes to drive approvals and close opportunities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (preventative maintenance, upgrades, service agreements, etc.).
• Process & Coordination: Maintain accurate quote activity records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate scheduling handoffs after quote approval.
• Assist with service agreement renewals and recurring revenue initiatives.
