Role Description The Inpatient Medical Coder is a full-time role responsible for accurately assigning inpatient diagnosis and procedure codes to patient encounters, ensuring compliance with established coding guidelines and payer requirements. This hybrid position is based in Mandaluyong, with a work arrangement that combines on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical records, interpreting physician documentation, applying appropriate coding standards, and validating medical necessity to support accurate reimbursement. The role also involves working with billing and RCM teams to resolve coding-related queries, monitoring coding quality and productivity, and staying current with regulatory updates, payer policies, and code set changes. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a work-from-home setup component, subject to company policies and performance expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Coding and Coding Experience, with a focus on inpatient hospital coding.
