Shearwater Health seeks an Inpatient Quality Analyst for a full-time, remote role. As a Certified Inpatient Medical Coder, you will ensure accurate and compliant coding for our healthcare clients, supporting high-quality revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities include coding inpatient records (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS), reviewing docs for accuracy, and collaborating with providers to resolve discrepancies. Requires BS Nursing with active PRC license and 2+ years inpatient coding experience.

Competenze

• Must hold a BS Nursing degree with active PRC license.
• Must have an active medical coding certification: CPC/CCS/CIC/COC.
• Minimum of two years experience in inpatient medical coding.
• Minimum of two years experience as Auditor/QA in inpatient coding.

We are seeking Inpatient Quality Analyst to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full-time, remote role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Certified Inpatient Medical Coder you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and compliant medical coding for our healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of BS Nursing with active PRC license
• Must have an active medical coding certification: Certified Professional Coder ("CPC"), Certified Coding Specialist ("CCS"), Certified Inpatient Coder ("CIC"), or Certified Outpatient Coder ("COC")
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in inpatient medical coding
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as Auditor/QA in inpatient coding account
