Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical documentation to identify the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes
• Assign codes in accordance with the latest coding guidelines and standards

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of any medical allied courses
• Must have an active and updated medical coding certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in risk adjustment medical coding
