Job summary

Cotiviti Philippines Inc in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Inpatient Medical Coding (DRG) to supervise a dedicated coding team onsite. The ideal candidate is an RN with CIC or CCS certification, with at least 5 years of medical coding experience and 1–2 years in a leadership role. Inpatient DRG experience is a plus.

You will drive coding quality, ensure DRG accuracy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows within the Mandaluyong office.

Qualifications
