Job summary

WNS in the Philippines is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead multiple product and packaging innovation projects from concept development to launch for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods client. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on project management to drive successful outcomes across diverse geographies and categories.

You will collaborate with marketing, R&D, and supply chain to shape concepts, validate feasibility and deliver compelling business proposals.

Qualifications

MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
5+ years of project management experience in a CPG or FMCG environment.
3+ years in product innovation and marketing.
Proven track record in managing innovation projects to outcomes.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end management for product and packaging innovation from concept to launch.
Lead project kick-offs and align stakeholders on scope, timelines and objectives.
Coordinate meetings and ensure decisions are cascaded to all stakeholders.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, and deviations from the plan.
Capture lessons learned for future projects.
