Job summary

WNS is seeking an Innovation Manager to oversee multiple product and packaging innovation projects from concept to launch for a global CPG client. The role requires 8+ years in PM within CPG/FMCG and 3+ years in product innovation, plus strong Mandarin language skills.

The position involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving process improvements across geos, including India/Philippines. A strategic, hands-on leader will ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
3+ years of product innovation and marketing experience.
Native proficiency in Mandarin.
MBA preferred; bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects from concept to launch.
Lead project kick-offs and align stakeholders on scope, timelines and objectives.
Coordinate stakeholder discussions and disseminate decisions and updates.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvements.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and accelerate when needed.
Maintain up-to-date project records and conduct lessons-learned reviews.
