Job summary

WNS Holdings is seeking an Innovation Manager to oversee multiple product and packaging innovation projects for a leading CPG client. The role requires over 8 years of project management experience and a strong background in delivering high-quality, on-time innovations.

You will interface with cross-functional teams across geos, manage deliverables, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring standards are met. Mandarin language proficiency is a must, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in a CPG or FMCG environment.
• 3+ years in product innovation and marketing.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end PM support for product and packaging innovation from concept to launch.
• Lead innovation project kick-offs and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, progress updates, and lessons learned with all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional process changes in innovation projects.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and deviations; ensure accurate documentation.
