Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Innovation Project Coordinator – Senior Associate fluent in Mandarin and English to support project coordination and client/vendor communications in Pasay, Philippines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, meetings, and stakeholder expectations onsite at MOA, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
• Experience in Innovation, FMCG, CPG, Engineering, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management tools/software.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners.
• Translate project documents, emails, reports, and other business communications between Mandarin and English.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation of action items.
• Monitor project risks, delays, and issues and assist in identifying and coordinating solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
