Capgemini is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Innovation Project Coordinator Senior Associate in Manila to lead strategic, complex projects and ensure delivery quality. You will coordinate between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, translating documents and tracking milestones to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and leadership skills, with a need to work on-site and collaborate across FMCG/CPG or engineering domains.

Qualifications

Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Experience in project coordination, preferably within innovation, FMCG, CPG, or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners.
Project Documentation & Translation: Translate project documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and English.
Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and documenting action items.
Problem Resolution: Identify, document, and help resolve project delays or risks.
