Key Responsibilities

• Innovation Process Management:Directs the full life cycle of innovation projects, including feasibility studies, product development, and business case approval.

• Team Leadership:Conducts kick-off meetings and guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.

• Japanese Communication & Reporting:Facilitates communications between stakeholders, including progress updates and lessons learned, while providing Mandarin language support.

• Risk & Performance Management:Identifies project bottlenecks, manages risks, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Documentation & Governance:Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of project deliverables, milestones, and deviations from the original plan.
