Job summary

Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional innovation projects from concept to launch.

You will coordinate timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure milestones are met in a hybrid TaguigPasay setup. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related field, and at least 2 years in project coordination, preferably in FMCG/CPG.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
Experience or familiarity with product innovation, packaging innovation, or New Product Development (NPD) processes is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Mandarin (Native or C2+ certification), with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end project coordination support for product and packaging innovation projects, including concept development, feasibility assessment, R&D, business proposals, and approval stages.
Support senior team members in the day-to-day coordination and execution of innovation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure key decisions, action items, and updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and flag potential delays or issues.
Maintain accurate project records using project management tools, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
Gather, consolidate, and validate project information and stakeholder inputs for documentation and presentations.
Coordinate feedback and review cycles to help minimize unnecessary iterations and keep projects moving efficiently.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, presentations, project status reports, and other project-related materials.
Proactively identify project challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution.
