Job summary

Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional innovation projects from concept to launch.

You will coordinate timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure milestones are met in a hybrid TaguigPasay setup. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related field, and at least 2 years in project coordination, preferably in FMCG/CPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
• Experience or familiarity with product innovation, packaging innovation, or New Product Development (NPD) processes is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Native or C2+ certification), with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project coordination support for product and packaging innovation projects, including concept development, feasibility assessment, R&D, business proposals, and approval stages.
• Support senior team members in the day-to-day coordination and execution of innovation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure key decisions, action items, and updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and flag potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate project records using project management tools, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
• Gather, consolidate, and validate project information and stakeholder inputs for documentation and presentations.
• Coordinate feedback and review cycles to help minimize unnecessary iterations and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, presentations, project status reports, and other project-related materials.
• Proactively identify project challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution.

About the role:
