Job summary

Concepcion Durables, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Network & Portfolio Governance to orchestrate end-to-end project visibility, alignment, and execution across strategic initiatives in a manufacturing/tech-driven environment.

You will integrate Product, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality, driving governance, risk management, and timely delivery while building standardized processes and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in project management or related roles.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder projects in manufacturing/ FMCG/ tech environments.
• Ability to deliver projects on time across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized tracking of all projects and provide real-time milestone visibility.
• Reinforce governance standards, stage-gate processes, and documentation.
• Ensure project alignment to enterprise priorities and roadmaps.
• Serve as neutral integrator across Product, Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality.
• Facilitate structured kick-offs, milestone reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines with critical paths and interdependencies.
• Monitor milestones and drive corrective actions for delays.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and tracking across projects.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio health reports for leadership.
• Institute best practices, templates, and trackers to improve predictability.
