Responsibilities

• Innovation Process Management: Directs the full life cycle of innovation projects, including feasibility studies, product development, and business case approval.
• Team Leadership: Guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Japanese Communication & Reporting: Facilitates communications between stakeholders, including progress updates and lessons learned, while providing Mandarin language support.
• Risk & Performance Management: Identifies project bottlenecks, manages risks, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of project deliverables, milestones, and deviations from the original plan.
