Job summary

Capgemini Philippines seeks a Mandarin Innovation PMO Lead who will direct end-to-end innovation, R&D, and product development projects, leveraging Mandarin language proficiency to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

You will drive governance, track KPIs, manage risks, document milestones, and deliver projects on schedule while collaborating across functions in a hybrid work setup at McKinley, Taguig.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Innovation Process Management: Directs the full life cycle of innovation projects, including feasibility studies, product development, and business case approval.
• Team Leadership: Conducts kick-off meetings and guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Mandarin Communication & Reporting: Facilitates communications between stakeholders, including progress updates and lessons learned, while providing Mandarin language support.
• Risk & Performance Management: Identifies project bottlenecks, manages risks, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of project deliverables, milestones, and deviations from the original plan.
