Job summary

Bigmate Philippines, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines at our Santo Tomas facility in Batangas.

You will diagnose issues and execute repairs to keep production lines running smoothly. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults, conduct regular inspections, replace defective parts, and ensure all injection equipment remains in optimal operating condition to minimize downtime

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Conduct regular inspections of machine components and operating conditions.
• Repair or replace defective machine parts, sensors, motors, valves, heaters, and other components.
• Ensure injection machines are maintained in good operating condition.
