Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to operate, maintain and troubleshoot PET injection machines and auxiliaries.

You will measure, record and analyze machine performance data, read blueprints, and ensure GMP compliance while promoting a safe production environment. This role requires 1–2 years of PET injection experience and a background in engineering.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience in PET Plastic Injection or Manufacturing Set Up.
• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferably with license.
• Can do electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Computer Literate (MS Office).
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Organizational and Leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain & troubleshoot injection machine & auxillary.
• Identify and diagnosed problems of injection machine & auxillaries and recommend solution for correction & preventive measures.
• Measure and record data associated with operating machine performance.
• Analyze recorded data & log written documentation to monitor performance.
• Read blueprints, schematics and diagrams to determine the critical operating parameters of the machine.
• Comply and implement Good Manufacturing Practice program.
• Submits daily reports related to Injection line production performance.
• Performs other task as the operational urgency would require.
• Promote safe and healthy production working environment and maintain safe work practices.
