QBE Group Shared Services Centre in the Philippines seeks an experienced infrastructure leader to guide specialist teams in building, managing, and supporting solutions aligned with policy. You will oversee third‑party services, develop architectural solutions, and support technical architects through the service lifecycle.

The role emphasizes coaching, resource forecasting, and maintaining security and compliance across information systems in a demanding IT environment.

Formación

• Moderate relevant experience is required.
• Occasional travel (approximately 5–10 trips annually).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and oversee the work of a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Coaching, mentoring, feedback to develop employees for wider roles.
• Forecast resource needs and manage expenditures for fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure information systems' security, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Create system specifications with stakeholders to translate problems into designs.
• Support, design, and implement infrastructure technologies and solutions.
• Own problems, proactively resolve issues, ensure business-aligned solutions.
• Identify, classify, and remediate problems with documented causes.
