Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Lead with a strong infrastructure background to support a large healthcare organization in the United States. This full-time contract role is onsite and requires alignment with US Eastern Time business hours.

You will drive enterprise-scale networking, cloud, and infrastructure initiatives, coordinating across technical and business leaders. Expect immersive collaboration and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure-focused IT projects.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure environments (routing, switching, firewalls, enterprise networking).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Proven customer- or stakeholder-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate activities across networking, cloud, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the central point of communication between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and delivered.
