Job summary

ECI is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation Services to drive global deployments of client technologies, from assessment to execution. You will implement on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, while aligning with standardized patterns and automation.

The role requires 10+ years' experience in enterprise infrastructure, strong Windows Server/MS Cloud expertise, and proven client-facing skills. Travel may be required; certificate pursuit encouraged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure, hybrid and cloud-based implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise infrastructure projects with minimal supervision.
Deploy on-premises infra, integrate with Microsoft Cloud and ECI Private Cloud base solutions.
Drive project objectives to closure with regular status updates to PM and team.
Collaborate across groups to upgrade, migrate, and retire outdated infrastructure.
Document processes, lessons learned, and create runbooks and client-facing materials.
Diagnose and resolve issues in onboarding client projects and preproduction environments.
Engage in continuous improvement and pursue Azure/O365/AWS certifications.
