Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in infrastructure operations or service delivery leadership.
• Strong experience with ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Experience coordinating cloud and hybrid infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Own operational governance for infrastructure activities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Manage change planning, maintenance windows, and stakeholder communications.
