Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager in the Philippines to lead financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting. You will coordinate with departments to develop a five-year plan, monitor performance, and present insights to executives.

The role requires 6+ years in financial planning, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly. Experience in oil & gas is a plus and CPA/CFA/CFM credentials are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business with finance specialization.
• At least 6 years of experience in financial modelling, valuations, planning, budgeting.
• Experience in oil and gas industry is a plus.
• CPA / CFA / AFM / CFM certifications obtained or in progress.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to summarize complex topics for management.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation of financial models, budgets and management reports.
• Performs scenario and what-if analyses for investments and projects.
• Collaborates with departments to consolidate budgets into a corporate budget.
• Compares results with forecasts and provides improvement recommendations.
• Delivers concise reports to management and supports strategic decisions.
