Job summary

Vestas Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Monitoring Specialist for the Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC) to support hybrid platform monitoring, enhance IT availability and drive automation across compute and cloud platforms.

The role covers 24/7 operations, 2nd level support for IaaS/PaaS in Azure, SQL/IIS, Grafana, Kubernetes and Dynatrace, and collaboration with DevOps teams to build and run monitoring workflows. Documentation and cross-team coordination are key.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS (Managed SQL, Web Apps, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL administration and IIS; familiarity with Grafana, Kubernetes and Dynatrace.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily system activities in a 24/7 operations team.
• 2nd level support for infrastructure-related issues (IaaS/PaaS).
• Troubleshooting system interruptions and maintenance planning.
• Assist DevOps teams in monitoring and troubleshooting tasks.
