Excis Compliance (Thailand) Company Limited is seeking an Infrastructure and Deskside Support Engineer L2 to provide second-line IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals across user environments.

The role focuses on diagnosing hardware/software issues, configuring IT systems, maintaining servers and network devices, and ensuring SLA-aligned incident management while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or Service Desk environments.
Experience supporting enterprise IT environments across multiple locations.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and basic Windows Server environments.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi.
Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT systems and equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, internet).
Support AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs.
Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
