Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking an experienced SOC Manager to oversee Security Operations Center activities, drive incident response excellence, and mentor a team of security professionals protecting client environments.

You will lead Tier 1–3 analysts, manage monitoring, detection, investigations, and responses, act as escalation point for major incidents, and collaborate with clients and partners to strengthen cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with a strong background in SOC operations and incident response.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing SOC teams.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident management, and security operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-200, GCIH, or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 SOC Analysts, Incident Responders, and Threat Hunters.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and response operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for major cybersecurity incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, detection capabilities, and operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and security partners to strengthen cyber resilience.
• Mentor and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams.
