AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an InfoSec Lead to own the security strategy and drive a hands-on, player-coach approach across vulnerability management, access controls, and incident response.

The role requires strong communication of risk to leadership, building policies and frameworks, and partnering with ET&E to mature the security program as the organisation grows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2.
• Experience communicating risk to leadership.
• Familiarity with GDPR and NIS2 requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own AVASO's security posture and roadmap.
• Define and maintain security policies, standards, and controls.
• Drive ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance programmes.
• Manage or oversee SIEM, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design and deliver a security awareness programme.
