Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Makati seeks an Information Security Analyst to safeguard information assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls and policies.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you’ll provide hands-on expertise, risk assessment, and advisory support to enable secure operations. You will lead security operations, governance, and vendor risk reviews, coordinating with IT, Engineering, HR, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and data protection.
• Experience communicating policies to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on information security concepts, risks, and controls.
• Identify, assess, and manage information security risks across systems, apps, and processes.
• Monitor security events, incidents, and alerts; coordinate remediation actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Lead awareness and training programs; stay current with threats.
