Job summary

Beepo Inc. is seeking a security-minded IT professional in the Philippines to manage and strengthen the ISMS, support ISO 27001 certification, and drive automation across security and IT operations.

You will handle risk management, access controls, and security tooling while coordinating audits and client security assessments. Proactive improvement of processes and documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security, IT administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS management.
• Experience with security tools and access management.
• Interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Jira and automation tools is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ISMS and support ISO 27001 certification and audits.
• Maintain the risk register, security policies, procedures, and audit evidence.
• Perform monthly security control checks, access reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Manage security tools including endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, password management, and phishing training.
• Respond to client security questionnaires and information security assessments.
• Administer Google Workspace, SaaS applications, user access, and IT systems.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee IT operations requests, office networks, licenses, renewals, and IT budgets.
• Manage Jira workflows and automate recurring IT and security tasks.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate evidence collection, reporting, compliance monitoring, and other repetitive processes.
• Maintain IT documentation and continuously improve security and operational processes.
