Job summary

eBiZolution Incorporated in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, organize, and direct project operations. You will coordinate projects, track progress, and report results to sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.

The role requires a strong background in IT project management, PMP/Prince2 certification, and hands-on experience with VB.NET, PHP, C#/C++, and .NET technologies, plus networking and cloud basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Proven expertise in IT Project Management.
• Solid foundation in Project Management principles.
• Experience with VB.NET, PHP, C#/C++ and .NET framework development.
• Networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and remote access experience.
• Experience in Agile teams.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Define the Statement of Work (SOW) and project specifications.
• Full project life cycle ownership, managing schedules and resources from initiation to deployment.
• Monitor milestones and ensure their completion.
• Manage issues and risks within projects in a systematic manner.
• Direct recruitment and selection of project personnel; oversee supplier/partner management.
• Ensure progress reports, proposals, requirement documents and presentations are provided on time.
• Deliver executive level communication.
• Evaluate viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Integrate cross-functional IT projects for optimal effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the project team and facilitate PM meetings.

About the role

Plans, organizes and directs operations related to ongoing projects in order to ensure goals and objectives are being kept and projects are running as planned. Coordinates projects, schedules, tracks the progress of projects and reports the results.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications of the project

• Full project life cycle ownership, by managing over-all project schedules and resources from initiation to deployment

• Monitor milestones and accountable for its completion

• Manage issues and risks within projects in a systematic manner to avoid detrimental effect to the overall project

• Direct the recruitment and selection of project personnel, and also oversee the supplier/partner management to ensure a capable workforce

• Ensure that progress reports, proposals, requirement documentations and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders are provided on time

• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

• Evaluate viable solutions and opportunities, as they arise

• Integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact for optimal effectiveness

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team and facilitate the project management team meetings

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Demonstrated expertise in the field of IT Project Management

• Strong foundation in Project Management principles

• Experience of application programming in technologies such as Visual Basic .NET, PHP, C#/C++ and Microsoft .NET framework development

• Experience with networking (WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security), cloud infrastructure, virtualization technologies and remote access solution

• Experience in Agile Team

• Must be PMP/ Prince2 certified
