Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or engineering.
• 4–5 years IT experience.
• At least 1 year exposure to infrastructure support.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Incident Response, isolation and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause and problem analysis.
• Provide findings and recommendations to resolve incidents or recurring issues.
• Implement changes per operations guidelines and policies.
• Monitor and manage all production systems in scope.
• Ensure availability and performance using tools and scripts.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve work efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning and preventive maintenance.

Job Summary

Responsible for incident response, availability, performance, efficiency, change & problem management and capacity planning of all production environment that the team supports.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Response, isolation and troubleshooting
• Perform root cause and problem analysis

• Implement change in accordance to the standards in operations guidelines and policies
• Monitor and manage all production systems in scope
• Ensure availability and performance using available tools / scripts

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years experience in IT
• At least 1 year exposure to infrastructure support
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
