Job summary

Maya is seeking a User Access Management Intern to join the Information Security Governance team in the Philippines. You will gain hands-on exposure to access controls, identity governance, and security best practices in a banking environment.

As an intern, you will support reviews, collaborate across teams, and help prepare access governance reports while developing your analytical and documentation skills. This onsite role requires working at least 2x a week and pursuing a related degree.

Join Maya's Information Security Governance team as a User Access Management (UAM) Intern and gain hands-on exposure to how access controls, identity governance, and security best practices are implemented in a fast-paced banking environment. This internship is designed for students who want to learn how organizations protect digital access and support strong security governance practices.

You will gain exposure on the following key areas:

• User Access Reviews & Controls: Support periodic access reviews and validations to help ensure user acess remains appropriate and aligned with internal standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different business units to help ensure smooth execution of access management processes.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist in consolidating access review results and preparing comprehensive access management reports.

What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and structured processes
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with different teams
• Basic familiarity witth Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Splunk, SAP, Jira
• Amenable to work onsite at least 2x a week
