Qualifications

• Experience as IT/ Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Source-to-Target Mapping (STM).
• Experience creating Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/system requirements.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Perform STM and data mapping.
• Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Analyze system requirements, processes, data flows, APIs, and integrations.
• Support SIT and UAT, including test validation and issue clarification.
• Perform data validation and ensure requirements are properly mapped.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
