Job summary

Essor is seeking a highly autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to own the creator channel end-to-end across multiple brands. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships, affiliate programs, and UGC workflows to drive measurable revenue across Amazon PDP, DTC, and social channels.

You will build a scalable creator network, push sourcing criteria, manage monthly budgets, and collaborate with brand managers and performance teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer marketing or talent management, with sourcing and negotiation as outputs.
• Hands-on experience with discovery platforms to build filters, evaluate audience overlap, and run shortlists at scale.
• Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations with product samples or paid deals.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook creator ecosystems and related commerce dynamics.
• Ability to hold multiple brand voices and creator networks in parallel without cross-contamination.

Responsibilities

• Source and grow the creator network across all brand lines and platforms.
• Manage end-to-end affiliate and barter programs, from onboarding to tracking and optimization.
• Write clear creator briefs and coordinate sample-to-content pipelines, ensuring usage rights tracking.
• Edit and adapt creator content for multiple channels and quick-turn social formats; maintain a shared, tagged content library.
