Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Influencer Business Development Supervisor&Manager will lead and develop our Philippines-based BD team, building a scalable and high-performing creator sourcing function. This role oversees team management, process optimization, talent development, and cross-regional collaboration, ensuring efficient team operations and strong execution across the function. The position will partner closely with the Global Influencer Marketing Team to strengthen cross-regional collaboration, align priorities across teams, and support the long-term growth of our global influencer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Philippines BD team, including team development, performance management, coaching, and capability building.
• Establish team goals, KPIs, and performance standards to drive consistent results.

Global Collaboration & Regional Support

• Collaborate closely with the Global Influencer Marketing Team to align creator acquisition priorities, campaign requirements, and business goals.
• Provide local market insights and support to improve global creator strategies and campaign execution.

Team Performance & Growth

• Monitor team performance and sourcing outcomes, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and team capabilities to improve efficiency and support long-term growth.

Creator Acquisition Strategy & Operations

• Develop and optimize creator acquisition strategies and workflows to improve sourcing efficiency and creator quality.
• Build scalable processes for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding qualified creators aligned with brand needs.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of global creator ecosystems, especially in the US and Australia, and familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners.
• Experience collaborating with global teams or supporting international markets is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution ability.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to optimize decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
