Job summary

Meta World Mktg Solutions Corporation is seeking a proactive influencer marketing assistant to source, evaluate, and engage potential partners aligned with campaign goals. You will identify suitable influencers, assess fit, and initiate outreach to build strong collaborations.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams, track outreach and partnerships, and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and deliverables while maintaining accurate databases and records.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential influencers aligned with campaign requirements.
• Conduct influencer outreach, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
• Convert qualified influencer leads into confirmed partnerships.
• Evaluate influencers based on audience, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
• Maintain accurate influencer databases, lead trackers, and campaign records.
• Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Work with internal teams to support smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor and report influencer sourcing, outreach, conversion, and partnership updates.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Respond promptly to influencers, Team Leaders, and internal team requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
